Our office is now open. We are scheduling patients for routine examinations and office visits. We have made changes to our office procedure with careful screening and health protocols for the health and safety of patients and office staff. Our doors will be locked to all walk-in traffic. Only patients with appointments are allowed into the office after screening at the front door. All patients, age 7 years and older, are required to wear their own mask to the office. Patients must arrive at the office alone. A minor child may be accompanied by one adult parent or guardian.
On the day of your examination, please call us from the parking lot when you arrive, (408) 378-1701. We will let you know when we are ready to see you. At our front door, you will be screened and your hands will be disinfected. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call.
Patients whose appointments were cancelled from the March, April and May schedules will be given priority for our June appointments. However, we encourage all patients to call and let us know your vision care needs.
